MY POSITIONS AND LEADERSHIP ROLES
Digital Marketing Specialist
Served as member of the Marketing and Recruitment Team. Developed and implemented plans to promote a positive image of Alpha Delta Pi using various types of social media. Ran all social media accounts and platforms for the Theta Rho Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, including: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and VSCO.

Vice President of Marketing
Served as a member of the Executive Committee and Executive Board. Manages Marketing and Recruitment Team. This Team assumes responsibility for chapter recruiting, marketing, and public relations. Lead the Marketing and Recruitment Team in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan. Incorporated philanthropy, alumnae, chapter activities, and positive public relations into the year-round chapter recruitment program.

President
Acts as the Chief Executive Officer of the chapter; assumes the responsibility for the strategic direction of the chapter. Implements policies and procedures that are set by Alpha Delta Pi. Serves as a role model and counselor ensuring the harmony and prosperity of the chapter. Serves on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Executive Board.

Grand Convention
Grand Convention is a conference that occurs every other year where all the chapter presidents and other Alpha Delta Pi officials meet to vote on new amendments and laws. When I was president, I had the opportunity to attend convention and meet so many amazing sisters from across the country.
